Zusammenfassung:Open Educational Resources (OERs) provide teaching material under an open license for free access, usage, modification and redistribution. OpenCourseWare is a prominent representative of OER. In this contribution we report on the concept and realization of OERs in the field of acoustics and (digital) signal processing utilizing Jupyter notebooks. This concept features many favorable properties for technical education. Among others, it is very convenient to combine text, math, illustrations and implementations into one homogeneous document. Furthermore, code in these documents can be executed so that the results of the implementation are aligned, too. We discuss the conception of a series of Jupyter notebooks constituting the lecture notes to various bachelor and master modules. We furthermore, discuss the tools and processes used for authoring and sustainable provisioning following data literacy principles.
